Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Celery Farm Sweet Basil leaves, packed
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts (or walnuts for variation)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice

Instructions:

  • In a food processor, blend basil, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan until combined.
  • Slowly stream in olive oil while processing, until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
