Ingredients:
- 6–8 Celery Farm Shiso leaves
- 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cucumber, julienned
- Cooked sushi rice (about 1 cup)
- 1 sheet nori (optional, for support)
- Sesame seeds and microgreens for garnish
Instructions:
- Lightly sear the tuna on all sides, then thinly slice.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create a dipping or drizzle sauce.
- Lay Shiso leaves flat on a bamboo sushi mat or clean surface.
