🍗 Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken with Thyme 🍗

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 1.5 kg) or 4 chicken thighs
- 4–6 sprigs Celery Farm Thyme
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: root vegetables for roasting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity or place under the skin with lemon slices and thyme sprigs.
- Place in a roasting pan with optional vegetables.
