- 250 g Celery Farm Colour Baby Carrots (washed, tops trimmed)
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper
- Fresh thyme or rosemary

Method:
