Recipe: Brown Shimeji Mushroom Stir-Fry with Garlic & Soy
A savory, quick stir-fry that highlights the mushroom’s delicate flavor and meaty texture.

Ingredients:
- 200g Celery Farms’ Brown Shimeji Mushrooms (trimmed at the base)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (or any neutral oil)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional for tang)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Gently separate the mushroom clusters into individual stems.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until they soften and brown slightly.
- Drizzle in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir for 1 more minute.
- Season to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
